TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document contains the terms and conditions relating to enrollment in Vivo Animation School. Vivo Animation School is an online 3D animation school.

These Terms govern the use of this Website (www.vivoanimationschool.com) and any other Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner (Vivo Animation School Inc.) in a binding manner.

The payment made for enrollment at the school binds Vivo Animation School and the student according to the following terms and conditions.

The User is requested to read this document carefully.

With the payment, the User receives:

  1. A spot in the course desired by the user and agreed with the school, indicated in the Vivo Student Registration form.

  2. Participation in the 11-week course, featuring bi-weekly live online classes.

  3. Access to the Student Portal, Vivo Rigs, Tools, and Training during the duration of the course.

  4. Technical Support during the duration of the course.

  5. Access to orientation material from 7 days before the start of the course and during the duration of the course.

  6. Access to Lesson Recordings and Demos of the course taken, even after completion of the course.

  7. Right to use the Vivo Rigs dedicated to the course, even after the completion of the course and for personal use.

With the payment, the user confirms that he is aware that:

  1. The user agrees with Vivo Animation School's privacy policy.

  2. Vivo Animation School offers the user the opportunity to request reimbursement of the cost of registration up to 14 days before the start of the course.

  3. In case of cancellation, it is possible for the user to keep the credit of a course and decide to enroll in another course in the same quarter, or in a subsequent quarter, provided that the request is presented to the school at least one week before the start date of the course itself. The request must be approved by the school. If the request to enroll in another course in the same quarter is not accepted by the school because the user is not considered eligible or because the course of interest will not take place during the quarter in question, the credit can be used to enroll in a future course under the same conditions.

  4. The school may decide to cancel a course. In case of cancellation of the course, the user will be immediately informed and will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.

  5. To follow the courses, you must have access to a computer with the minimum requirements for using Autodesk Maya. You can use Maya 2018 or higher. The school does not provide Autodesk licenses at the moment.

  6. To participate in the lessons you need an internet connection that allows you to connect to the Zoom platform, and have a webcam with a microphone available to interact with the teachers. An ADSL connection is recommended.

  7. Vivo Rigs are owned by Vivo Animation school and can be used for personal use only. Vivo Rigs cannot be used for commercial purposes or in other schools.

  8. It is strictly forbidden to share Vivo Rigs, Vivo Tools, Vivo teaching material, or Recordings of lessons/reviews outside of the school.

  9. The video material created by the student can be shown in their personal reel and shared online.

  10. Vivo Animation School has the right to showcase the student’s work on the website www.vivoanimationschool.com and on the socials related to Vivo Animation School.

  11. At the end of each course, Vivo Animation School will issue a certificate of completion of the course.

  12. The user expressly accepts to lose all right of withdrawal from this contract, applying the exceptions to the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1 letter. a) and o) of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code). The Consumer, in fact, by purchasing this online course, agrees to the provision of digital educational content through non-material support, with the express agreement and with the acceptance of the fact that this circumstance precludes any right of withdrawal.
